On Monday, 11th January, we were presented with a National Flag and a copy of the 1916 Proclamation of Independence by soldiers Kieran Kennedy and John Flynn. It was a very enjoyable ceremony and we want to thank Kieran and John for their patience as we asked lots and lots of questions!! on March 15th, at 12 pm, every school in the country will raise their flag in a nationwide flag-raising event- over 1 million schoolchildren raising the National Flag at the same time!!!
